Refund and Returns Policy

At Ilays Collection, each piece is carefully curated to reflect the elegance, modesty, and quality we stand for. As a small business with limited inventory, we do not offer returns at this time.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We offer exchanges only on select items within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • Luxury Abayas & Dresses are part of a limited collection. Only size exchanges are permitted and are subject to availability.
  • Hijabs are final sale and cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • Dirac Collection pieces must be unsewn to be eligible for exchange.
  • Everyday Collection items may be exchanged if all criteria are met.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact us at info@ilaysofficial.com to initiate an exchange. If accepted, you’ll receive further instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@ilaysofficial.com, and we’ll address it promptly.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Hijab
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any request made after 5 days of delivery
